I'll say the second point "setting boundaries" is a very valid point because not having limits or boundaries basically implies there is no "too much" of something.
That's why people would scroll on Instagram and TikTok for an entire day without seeing the fault in it or even getting tired if it.
In most cases these set of people end up not being very happy because they get a very low amount of Dopamine from just scrolling through the internet. Unlike having to engage in exercises (working out, meditating cycling) , eating good or having conversations with people, getting enough sleep too and so on...
These things unclogs the brain and makes us more productive as humans. Our society needs to be more informed with newsletters like this.
